Not suitable as a toy

 

Although the creatures are created to be interacted with, they are not meant to be a toy. 
The dolls have a strong wire armature base, but excessively re-positioning the arms and/or legs can eventually cause metal fatigue.

Allergy warning

 

There are cats in the house which do sometimes sneak into the studio. If you are highly allergic to cats, please take this into consideration before purchasing a doll from this store.

Payment

 

For international customers (outside the Netherlands) we accept (and prefer) payment trough Paypal and creditcard.

 

During festivals / events we have the possibility to use pin transactions.

 

Layaway option

 

We have a Layaway option which can be used with dolls from €150 or above. 
When you want to make use of this option, choose the option "Other" as payment option in the checkout cart.  We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a payment schedule. 

Layaway options available;
€ 000,- to € 150,- No layaway available.
€ 150,- to € 300,- Over a period of three months. 
€ 350,- to € 800,- Over a period of five months.
€ 800,- and up -  Negotiable.

When during the payment plan you decide to cancel the order, a refund will be send but there will be a non-refundable part of 30% for canceling.
When the payment is not received within the discussed schedule (and without you giving us any notification prior whatsoever) this will also apply and the order will be cancelled. The doll will be put up for adoption again.

 

Shipping

 

Your order will only be shipped upon receiving the complete payment.
After complete payment, your doll will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs will be determined based on the package's weight and destination and will be determined by the shipping agency POSTNL.

For shipping outside the Netherlands, it usually takes between 10 to 20 days to arrive but can take longer due to customs. You will receive a tracking number when your doll is shipped.

If a package arrives damaged, you can decline the package without signing for it. If you do accept and sign for a severely damaged shipment box it's at your own risk. Unfortunately the shipping agency is very strict about this when it comes to damaged packages.
If a package looks fine on delivery but the doll(s) are damaged please take pictures of the package and the damaged doll(s) and contact us.

We use the terms and conditions of the shipping agency the package was sent with.

 

Cancellations

 

You can always cancel an order. We highly recommend doing this within 2 business days due to orders often being shipping within this timeframe.

Repairs

 

We will always be open to repair if your doll is damaged at some point, for a small fee. Feel free to send pictures of the damage so we can give you a quote on the repair costs :)

 

Returns

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your doll, do contact us within 30 business days.
Please do keep in mind, if your order is a commissioned piece, the 30% non-refundable part is in order.

The cost of returning goods to us for refund is the responsibility of the purchaser. This is conditional on the return of the doll in good condition. We are not responsible for the return postage costs or when an item is lost or damaged in transit. When the doll arrives back with us in acceptable condition, you will receive your refund as soon as possible
